Tuesday and Thursday: 10am – 8pm

Wednesday: 12pm - 6pm

Friday: 10am – 4pm

Saturday: 9am – 2pm

 

Arrival
We recommend you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow yourself time to change and get comfortable. Slip on a robe or enjoy complimentary refreshments in our spa lounge.

 

Appointment Policy

Please help us by being on time for your appointment. Our scheduling is designed to permit the maximum time needed. For your convenience, we recommend that our guests schedule their next appointments prior to leaving the spa. 
 

 

Scheduling & Missed Appointments
The Cottage Retreat Day Spa has a 24-hour cancellation policy. We require a credit card  number to reserve three or more treatments and all spa packages and parties. We will require a 50% deposit on all of these.

 

Payment

We accept Cash, Gift Cards, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

 

Gratuity

Leaving gratuities are at the discretion of our guests and are greatly appreciated. Tips cannot be added to credit cards. 

 

Cellular Phones
In order to preserve our tranquil, relaxing atmosphere for you and our other guests, we kindly ask that you turn off your cell phones while at The Cottage Reatreat Spa.

Return Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with a product you have 7 business day to return the product for a refund.
