All new clients must put down a $25 deposit to hold their appointment slot. This $25 will go towards payment once their service has been rendered. You may make changes or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance. You will forfeit the $25.00 for all no shows and last minute cancellations/and reschedules.

 

Please make any changes or cancellations to scheduled appointments by 8pm the day prior. If we do not receive a call or text, you will be charged $25.00 if   not cancelled in the time allotted. If you no -show for your appointment you will be charged 50% of the total service price.

• Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the appointment time will be charged a Late Cancel fee of $25.00

​

• No Show appointments will be charged 50% of the total service price.

​

• Guests who have more than two Late Cancels and/or No Shows will be asked to pre-pay before scheduling future services.

We have had to put this cancellation policy in place due to an increase amount of last minute cancellations and higher no -shows.  This policy will be strictly enforced.
